Waterfall Photoshoot In Bali
Bali is known for its breathtaking nature, but nothing compares to standing in front of a waterfall at sunrise, camera in hand, surrounded by layers of mist and jungle air. This was our very first photoshoot of the retreat, hosted by Irene Rudnyk and Anita Sadowska—and honestly, the perfect way to begin the creative journey.
The hike took us through lush greenery, slippery stones, and the sound of rushing water that grew louder as we approached. When we arrived, the entire scene felt surreal. Soft diffused light filtered through the canopy, the rocks were slick and moody, and the constant movement of the falls gave every shot a sense of life.
The models were absolute naturals, embracing the water, the atmosphere, and the organic feel of the location. Shooting here pushed me in the best way—working with mist, moving water, and changing conditions forced me to lean into spontaneity and creativity.
This shoot reminded me why I love photographing in nature: the textures, the unpredictability, and the way natural elements elevate the human figure. If you’ve ever dreamed of shooting at a Bali waterfall, it’s an experience you’ll never forget.
